A Chillicothe woman, 23-year-old Ashlee R. Mast, is awaiting extradition on Livingston County charges of alleged Possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. Mast is currently held at the Department of Corrections in Vandalia.
Mast pled guilty in 2021 to two counts of possession of a controlled substance in Caldwell County. She was sentenced to three years on each count, with the sentences to run consecutively.
