Chillicothe’s Claire Walker Selected As MOFB Ambassador

An MU Student from Chillicothe and the current State Fair Queen is selected as a Missouri Farm Bureau Ambassador.  Claire Walker, of Chillicothe was selected by a panel of judges to serve as ambassador for one year. She receives a $2,500 educational scholarship, and throughout 2025 she will represent MOFB during a legislative trip to Washington, D.C., and at the Missouri State Fair.

Representing Livingston County Farm Bureau, Walker is the daughter of Brice and Tiffany Walker.  She is currently a junior at the University of Missouri as an agribusiness management major. She is the reigning Missouri State Fair queen.  Walker grew up on a century farm raising Simmental cattle, as well as growing row crops and hay. Upon graduation, Walker plans to pursue a Master’s degree in agriculture communication to continue advocating for the industry.
