The 2025-26 school year got underway last week as students across the area returned to their classrooms.
Chillicothe High School Principal, Dr. Dan Nagel, says the high school welcomed 126 freshmen on the first day of school. He adds that the school held a freshman orientation last week to help the newest students get settled and start the year off right.
Dr. Nagel is also encouraging parents to stay connected with their child’s education by downloading a few helpful apps. The first is the Infinite Campus Parent Portal app.
Another useful tool is the Activity Scheduler app.
Finally, Principal Nagel recommends the Chillicothe School District app.
The Chillicothe School District’s 2025-26 school year will run from August 19th, 2025 through May 15th, 2026.
