A single-vehicle crash in Johnson County Thursday morning left two Chula men injured. State Troopers report the 27-year-old driver was southbond on Highway 13 at the Blackwater River, when he attempted to pass and his pick-up began to fishtail. He ran off the right side of the road and the truck began to overturn. The driver was not wearing a safety belt and was ejected, resulting in moderate injuries. The vehicle came to rest off an embankment. The passenger, a 33-year-old man had serious injuries. Both were taken to Centerpoint Medical Center for treatment.
