City Continues Contract For County To Collect Taxes

The continued collecting of City of Chillicothe Personal Property and Real Estate Taxes by Livingston County was approved by the Chillicothe City Council.

Under the agreement, the city will pay 1 ½% of the sum collected on behalf of the city.

The contract would run from March 1^st to February 28^th and would renew each year unless terminated in writing by either party.
