The City of Chillicothe has two Hay Ground leases approved at Monday’s meeting.
In Monday’s Chillicothe City Council meeting, the council approved a lease for approximately 14-acres at the Chillicothe Fire Training Center. The lease is with Joe L. Johnson at $37.50 per acre.
The Council also approved the lease with Brice Walker for the 10-acre Hay Ground parcel at the new Industrial Park on Route V. That lease is for $65 per acre.
