The requirement for bidding has been waived for an electrical project a the Green Hills Golf Course. The Chillicothe City Council approved the waiver. City Administrator Roze Frampton says this is for the new electric golf carts.
Waiving the bid requirement to speed up the process of installing the electric panels.
They hope to have the electrical installed in the next few weeks and have the carts on hand.
