A Coffey woman was arrested Monday in Harrison County. State Troopers arrested 52-year-old Ruth M. Boe of Coffey at about 7:40 pm for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no seatbelt. She was taken to the Harrison County Jail.
