A Columbia, MO, man charged with tampering with a vehicle pleaded guilty and was sentenced in Chariton County Court. Forty-one-year-old Daniel Scott Woods entered a guilty plea under a plea agreement.
Under that agreement, Woods was sentenced to 5 years in prison – suspended, 5 years of probation with special conditions. The sentence is to run consecutive to a 4-year prison term for possession of a controlled substance conviction in Boone County.
