A training program for flooding will be held at the Chillicothe Fire Department Thursday afternoon. The Livingston County Commissioners will attend the program that starts at 1:00 pm in the training room.
The commissioners meet Thursday in regular session starting at 9:30 am in the commission room of the courthouse.
