The Chillicothe R-II School District has several properties they are considering selling. This includes two properties in the Christiansen Addition, Dewey School, and a gravel lot located on the northwest corner of Dickinson and Polk. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the board members were presented with four bids to handle the sale of the properties.
Their bid included a 4% commission fee on a traditional sale of the properties.
