Continuance Denied In Manslaughter Case

A Chillicothe woman charged in 2021 with alleged involuntary manslaughter and four counts of delivery of a controlled substance had a motion for a continuance denied in Livingston County Circuit Court on Wednesday.  The case against Tehya Renae Kelly had been set for plea and trial setting scheduled for today (September 4th).

 

The case involved the 2021 death of a 17-year-old girl who reportedly ingested counterfeit pills allegedly delivered by Kelly.
