Chillicothe City Council approved two bids this week.
City Administrator Roze Frampton says the first is for a project that was planned for last year. She says that is for the paving of the parking lot at Danner Park.
Capital Paving awarded the project with a bid of $169 thousand.
Frampton says the project is entirely paid for with ARPA funding.
The second bid is for a new roof on the Street Barn.
Awarded to Freedom General Contracting for $49,750.
Frampton says both bids were taken prior to a change in the prevailing wage, so there may be adjustments needed.
