The contract for mowing of City of Chillicothe property and nuisance properties, as directed by the Codes Officer, was awarded to David Figg – Figg’s Lawn Care. His bid was $70 an hour on small areas using conventional lawn equipment. And $135 an hour for large areas requiring the use of a tractor. Figg was one of two bidders for the contract with the City.
