A Gladstone man, Anthony Joel Carter, charged with alleged two counts of statutory sodomy, Statutory Rape, and endangering the welfare of a child made a court appearance in Livingston County Associate Court for a preliminary hearing. The hearing is continued to November 20th. He remains in custody with no bond allowed.
Macie Nicole Parent of Brookfield, charged with alleged possession of a forging instrument and three counts of forgery is in Linn County Court Thursday following her arrest on a warrant for alleged failure to appear for a hearing in June. Bond is currently set at $10,000 cash only.
