A Cowgill man is facing charges that include alleged violation of an order of protection. Twenty-one-year-old Evan David Scott is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center following his arrest by Caldwell County Sheriff’s deputies.
Scott had been on probation after pleading guilty in January to Violation of a Protection Order and in March of 2024 on Domestic Assault. He was serving two years probation on each charge.
New charges were filed Tuesday for alleged violation of an order of protection – second offense. Total bond on three warrants has been set at $20,000 cash only.
