The City of Chillicothe is selected as a stop for the CPKC Holiday Train. The train will make a stop in Chillicothe on Thanksgiving Day, November 28th. The train is scheduled to arrive at approximately 2:45 pm on the CPKC tracks adjacent to the parking lot just south of Business 36
The CPKC Holiday Train program is scheduled to start at 3:00 pm and run for half an hour. This year the entertainment is scheduled to be performed by artists American Authors and KT Tunstall. They will be performing a free concert from the brightly decorated train stage.
CPKC and the City of Chillicothe encourage all those attending the Holiday Train Event to make a monetary donation or donate heart-healthy food items. Those donations will be going to the House of Prayer here in Chillicothe.
