A D.A.R.E. Officer with the Chillicothe R-II School District recently completed the D.A.R.E. Mentor Officer Training program in Jefferson City.
School Resource Officer Brian Schmidt is now certified to teach others who are interested in how to be D.A.R.E. officers.
