The opening of the Shoal Creek Bridge in Caldwell County has been delayed. The Missouri Department of Transportation announced the contractor began the project in March and was expected to complete the work by early August. Several weather delays have caused schedule changes for the contractor, and the bridge will now remain closed until sometime in November.
