Livingston County Deputies booked two into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Wednesday.
Twenty-five-year-old James Paul Eugene Haight of Chillicothe was booked into the jail on a Writ of Habeas Corpus, requiring a court appearance March 6th to determine if probation is appropriate or if the full sentence should be executed on his conviction for Tampering With A Motor Vehicle.
Thirty-three-year-old Jaccob Samuel Spencer of Raytown was booked into the jail on a Writ of Habeas Corpus, requiring a court appearance March 6th for a sentencing hearing on charges of assault.
