A Des Moines, IA man was arrested by State Troopers Tuesday morning. At about 7:25 am, Troopers arrested 57-year-old Reginald Reece for alleged speeding, driving while suspended, and on a Harrison County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged speeding and no valid license. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
