A 20-year-old Chillicothe man arrested by Chillicothe Police as part of an ongoing investigation has been charged in Livingston County Court. Henry Lafayette Laprade Chapman is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center. He has since been charged with alleged Statutory Rape; 2 cts Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Statutory Sodomy-Deviate Sexual Intercourse; and Child Molestation. He is held with no bond allowed.
