Development Project on City Council Agenda

A public hearing on Chapter 100 Bonds will be held as part of Monday’s Chillicothe City Council meeting, beginning at 5:30 pm at City Hall.

Following the financial reports, the public hearing will be held for the Industrial Development Project plan, using Chapter 100 Bonds for the property formerly the Baptist Home in Chillicothe.

Appearances on the agenda include:

  • The Police Chief with an ordinance with restrictions on public camping in the city.
  • The Mayor with a discussion about leadership training
  • The Codes Officer with a request for a billboard on city-owned property.

A closed executive session will be held for legal, real estate, sealed proposals for negotiated contracts, and personnel matters.
