A District Literacy Plan for the Chillicothe R-II School District was approved by the School Board. Superintendent Dr Dan Weibers says the plan presented at the meeting is about helping children with reading and understanding. He says it is a requirement by the state of Missouri.
Even if it wasn’t, it’s a great plan to have.
The board approved the plan unanimously.
