Moderate and Severe drought conditions persist in Southwest Missouri, while most of north Missouri has no drought or is abnormally dry.
For the local counties, the October 3rd Missouri Drought Monitor shows no drought in Livingston, Carroll, Chariton, and Daviess Counties. All or portions of Caldwell, Grundy, Linn, and Sullivan Counties are reporting abnormally dry conditions.
