The Runnoff election ended with a clear winner in the 1st Ward Chillicothe City Council race. There were 449 votes cast and Reed Dupy received 230 of those votes, defeating Dowell Kincaid with 219 votes.
Just under 27% of the registered voters in the 1st Ward cast ballot for the runoff election.
