The serious injury crash early Monday morning near Polo resulted in the driver being arrested.
Early Monday morning, a UTV crash in Polo left the driver, 46-year-old Justin M. Chapman of Polo, and passenger, 27-year-old Elizabeth Gutierrez of Holt, with serious injuries. Both were taken to area hospitals for treatment. State Troopers also arrested Chapman for alleged DWI. He was released for treatment.
