A Tina man was arrested by State Troopers in Carroll County Thursday morning. At about 9:05 am, Troopers arrested 43-year-old Steve C Solomon for alleged DWI – causing physical injury, felony assault, leaving the scene of a crash, resisting arrest, and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Ray County Jail
