Two emergency culvert replacements have roads closed in Livingston & Carroll Counties today.
An emergency Culvert Replacement began this morning on Highway 190 in Livingston County. Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation closed Highway 190 from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The road will be closed between LIV 519 and LIV 525 to replace a culvert under the roadway. Motorists will need to use an alternate route during the closure.
A portion of Carroll County Route E is closed today for an emergency culvert replacement. Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation closed Route E north of Norborne from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The road will be closed from between Routes PP and D to replace a culvert under the roadway.
