A Covington, Georgia woman voluntarily agreed to extradition to the State of Georgia. Thirty-two-year-old Whitney Foxx will be returned to Georgia on the warrant for alleged two counts of Kidnapping in 2023 in Fulton County, Georgia. And on warrants for alleged 2x Armed Robbery, 2x Aggravated Assault, Simple Battery, Party to a crime, and Terroristic Threats and Acts.
