The case against a Carrollton man charged in the crash that took the life of a Lincoln, Missouri woman in Benton County will go to a jury trial in June.
44-year-old Robbie A. Acton faces charges of alleged DWI – resulting in the death of another and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
The pre-trial conference will be held February 3rd, with the Jury Trial to take place June 4th and 5th at the Benton County Courthouse in Warsaw, MO.
The crash occurred the evening of July 30th, 2025.
