A Flood Watch is issued for all of the KCHI and much of north and central Missouri until Wednesday morning, due to the forecast for heavy rain. Flooding of streams, rivers, and low-lying areas is possible and those areas should be avoided during and after heavy rain.
In Chillicothe, nearly 1 and 1/5 inches of rain is expected through the day and overnight tonight. Rain could be heavy at times and thunderstorms are possible throughout the period.
