A Florida man was arrested Thursday morning in Livingston County on a Lafayette County warrant. At about 7:40 am, State Troopers arrested 40-year-old Varoslav Shvets of Sarasota, FL. The warrant is for alleged failure to appear in court on a 2023 charge. Cash only bond is set at $150. He was taken to the Chillicothe Police Department.
