Former Instructor Charged With Alleged Sexual Contact With A Student

A 54-year-old man who worked part-time as an instructor for the Chillicothe R-II School District is charged with alleged sexual contact with a student.  A warrant is issued for William C. Gutshall of Trenton on the charges that resulted from the investigation of the incidents that are alleged to have occurred on March 2nd.

 

The probable cause statement indicates Gutshall admitted to the incidents.

 

The investigation was completed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

 

The case had been assigned to Judge Michael Leamer, who recused himself.  It is now assigned to Judge Jason Kanoy.

 

Gutshall is no longer employed by the School District.
