Former Macon Co. Deputy Arrested By Troopers

A former Macon County Deputy was arrested in connection to a Domestic Assault investigation.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control announces the arrest of 26-year-old Brody C. Lewis of Tina on Tuesday, in connection with a domestic assault investigation conducted by the Troop B Criminal Investigative Unit.

Allegations of domestic assault against Lewis were reported to the Macon County Sheriff’s Office. They contacted the Missouri Highway Patrol to investigate. Investigators learned that a woman had reported that she was assaulted by Lewis.

The Macon County Prosecuting Attorney charged Lewis with three counts of alleged Domestic Assault and one felony count of Unlawful Use of a Weapon. He was transported to the Randolph County Jail and is held without bond.
