Four bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County are reported by the Sheriff’s office.
At about 9:00 am Thursday, 60-year-old Timothy Jack Hampton of Chillicothe was booked by deputies for alleged DWI-Chronic offender. Bond is set at $20,000.
At about 9:00 am, 32-year-old Deandre K. Nichols of Joliet, IL was booked by deputies on a probation violation warrant from a conviction for delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
About 9:00 am, 52-year-old Barbee Rae Faulconer-Laine of Sedalia was booked by deputies for alleged stealing. Bond is set at $20,000.
At about 1:00 pm, 56-year-old Phillip Allen Fletchall of Gallatin was booked by Deputies for DWI-persistant offender after entering a guilty plea. Sentencing is set for December 5th. He is held with no bond allowed.
