Four jail bookings on Tuesday for Livingston County are reported by the Sheriff.
At about 9:50 am, Pettis County officials arrested 25-year-old Gregorio L. Diaz Gutierrez on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a speeding charge. Bond is set at $142.
At 2:00 pm, Andrew County deputies arrested 50-year-old Justin Wade Jungert on a warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance, and Failure To Appear warrants for alleged driving while revoked or suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle. He is awaiting extradition; bond is set at $25,372.
At 2:30 pm, Missouri Probation and Parole arrested 65-year-old Billy Fred Hicks on a probation violation warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $20,000.
At 3:00 pm, 58-year-old Jeffery Alan Brasfield was booked for alleged Assault, Armed Criminal Action, Property Damage, and Trespassing on a change of venue from Daviess County. He is in custody at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
