A four-year-old child had serious injuries Sunday at about noon, when the vehicle the child was in rolled into a pond. The child is from Bucklin and was flown to Children’s Mercy Hospital for treatment. The incident happened on Major Drive, just south of Bucklin. The incident was investigated by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
