A man facing charges of alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance is now wanted on a warrant for alleged failure to appear. Terry Lane Nichols, Jr. was scheduled to appear in Livingston County Associate Court for his initial appearance. A warrant is issued with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
