Governor Mike Parson made the appointment to the Livingston County Commission official. Dennis Hicks is the new Eastern District Commissioner, filling the position vacated by Alvin Thompson.
Hicks is owner and operator of Hicks Hometown Drive-In and serves as a board member of Chillicothe Development Inc. He previously served as construction superintendent for North Missouri Construction and is a life-long farmer and resident of Livingston County.
