Chillicothe Firefighters responded to a report of a grassfire at 9204 Route V. The call came in Monday evening and the fire crew arrived at about 5:05 pm to find about one acre of grass burning towards a fencerow. The fire crew used 250 gallons of water, foam, and leaf blowers to put out the fire. They were on the scene for about 30 minutes.
