Two arrests by Grundy County deputies are reported for October 2nd.
Forty-year-old Timothy Ray Harding of Polo was arrested while in custody. The arrest is on two counts each of Alleged Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Bond is set at $100,000 cash only. A court appearance is set for October 8th.
Forty-eight-year-old Scott Edward Rhodes of Galt was arrested by the Lee’s Summit Police officers on a warrant for an alleged probation violation on the original charge of resisting arrest by fleeing. His bond is set at $10,000 cash only with a court appearance set for October 17th .
