A woman charged with possession of a controlled substance pleaded guilty in Livingston County Circuit Court. Joanna Sue Harper of Chillicothe was charged following a traffic stop in June of 2024. The recommendation to the court is for Harper to serve 5 years in prison, suspended, 5 years of probation, and Shock Time. A sentence assessment report was ordered.
Harper was ordered released on OR bond with Supervision Services with Drug Patch and enrollment in a drug treatment program.
The sentencing is scheduled for April 10th.
