Gutshall On Deferred Adjudication

A former part-time instructor for the Chillicothe R-II School District, who faced a charge of alleged sexual contact with a student, no longer faces charges in court.  The Prosecuting Attorney’s office says the charge against William C. Gutshall of Trenton has been moved to deferred adjudication.  This means Gutshall will not face charges if he follows the courts requirements for a period of time.

If other court cases are filed in the future, the county could charge Gutshall again for this incident.
