The Highway Patrol reports a single-vehicle accident just north of Hamilton Thursday morning.
Authorities say the crash happened around 8:47 a.m. on Missouri 13 at East Putnam. A 1992 Freightliner, driven by a 65-year-old Hamilton man, went off the right side of the road. The driver apparently overcorrected, crossing the center line before the truck left the southbound side of the roadway. The vehicle came to rest on its wheels and was towed from the scene.
The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken by Caldwell County EMS to Cameron Regional Medical Center.
