Harris Man Arrested By Troopers

A Harris, MO man was arrested by State Troopers in Sullivan County Tuesday evening.  Sixty-nine-year-old Billy G. Fordyce was arrested at about 7:04 pm for alleged DWI – habitual offender.  He was processed and released.
