A 491 hearing for a man facing charges of alleged Child Molestation will be on Monday in Livingston County Court. Thirty-year-old Chad Alexander Holmes of Chillicothe is charged with the crime that is alleged to have occurred in 2022, when the victim was 6-7 years of age.
The 491 Hearing is specifically concerning the admissibility of a child’s out-of-court statements in a criminal trial.
The Trial for Holmes is set for December 18th & 19th before Judge Ryan Horsman, in Livingston County Circuit Court.
