Highway Patrol Accident and Arrest

A 42-year-old Cameron woman was arrested by State Troopers in Clinton County on Wednesday morning.  Kelly A Jorgensen was arrested at 10:27 am for alleged DWI – with a person under 17 years of age in the vehicle, Child endangerment, no seatbelt, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash.  She was taken to the Clinton County Jail.

At 10:04 am, Troopers in Clinton County were called to a single-vehicle crash on Route HH, south of Cameron.  The report states that a 42-year-old woman from Cameron was westbound and crossed the road, went off the south side of the road, and struck a tree.  She was not wearing a safety belt and was taken by troopers to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
