A Cameron woman, 36-year-old Brandy M. Davis, was arrested by state troopers in Caldwell County, at 4:22 PM on Wednesday. The arrest was on a Clay County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. She was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
