A Versailles man was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County on Monday. At about 5:20 pm, Troopers arrested 34-year-old Harley J. Durk for alleged DWI, Failure to display valid plates, and no insurance. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
